Hi, I’m Tannaz, Registered Dietitian.
Tannaz is a Registered Dietitian in Toronto with advanced training in digestive health and behavior-based nutrition therapy. She supports clients who want relief from persistent gut symptoms and a healthier, more confident relationship with food, without rigid rules or unnecessary restriction.
As a Monash University–trained FODMAP dietitian, Tannaz provides evidence-based care for IBS and digestive discomfort, helping clients identify triggers while maintaining dietary variety and nutritional adequacy.
She is also a Certified Craving Change™ Clinician, supporting clients in understanding emotional eating patterns, managing cravings, and building sustainable habits rooted in awareness, not willpower.
