Blogging is quite foreign to me, so as a practice to help me get into the flow, engage readers, as well as sharing some great insights, I’ve decided to offer a sharing of excerpts from Meditations from the Mat by Rolf Gates & Katrina Kenison.
There are 365 daily reflections that offer a way to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life, based on the 8 limbs of yoga. I’ve started this book several times but never followed through the full 365 days. This is my new year’s resolution and sharing it with you will help me stay committed this time around 😉
